Bio-Prep uses a very reliable programmable logic controller (PLC) to allow for automated execution of operational programs for coupling unit operations from column washing through preparative isolation.
Design aiming at safety
You can register calibration setting of each sensor and pump etc and also maintenance implementation of each equipment in maintenance mode. A message and lamp will come on as an error warning in accordance with the installed alert conditions system (Max 5. Selection of operation such as Alert, Shutdown(Suspend), Forced outage) when there is something wrong. You can the choose installation of alert conditions from the entire system or each individual program.
Compatible with IQ/OQ validation
It is compatible with IQ/OQ validation when it is delivered. Operating history and operation data are automatically created and will not be overwritten. Operation data is recorded automatically by CF card. Each operations are assigned different authorities so as to classify user’s security levels.
