YMC CO., LTD. (YMC) announces today that it has entered into a business alliance agreement focused on a sales tie-up with TAIYO NIPPON SANSO CORPORATION (TNSC) aiming to create business synergies between two companies.
1. Background of Business Alliance
TNSC, which is the largest industrial gas company in Japan, has built a global foundation of its business activities in a wide range of industrial fields. One of the considerable measures in their mid-term business plan is to strengthen and expand its business in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields.
YMC has decided to enter into a business alliance with TNSC based on the belief that both companies can accelerate to develop new customers in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields by proposing and providing a wide range of total solutions for biotechnology-related business from YMC to TNSC and by selling a variety of other YMC’s products through TNSC's global sales network. Furthermore, we are confident that this business alliance will contribute to enhancement for our unique product manufacturing and development technology by increasing a wide range of market needs.
