Bachem Holing AGのウェビナーにて、ワイエムシィの連続クロマトグラフィー技術が紹介されます。

核酸医薬品及びペプチド医薬品の製造においては、クロマトグラフィー精製が必須ですが、目的純度を満たすことで回収率が低くなる場合があります。MCSGPは純度と回収率を両立することで粗体原料の必要量が低減可能となり、製造コストの削減が期待できます。
Bachem Holding AGのウェビナーでは、ラボ検討から大規模な API 精製まで、MCSGPのスケールアップを確立するための取り組みについてご紹介頂きます。

ウェビナー内容	In 2021, Bachem acquired the first two process-scale Multicolumn Counter-current Solvent Gradient Purification (MCSGP) systems for the purification of peptides and oligonucleotides. The systems are qualified for GMP use for which first purifications at scale were successfully performed. In this webinar, our efforts to establish large-scale MCSGP will be presented, starting from initial small-scale experiments in 2017 to the first large-scale API purification in 2022. Besides showing real data from process development and manufacturing, we will provide insights regarding potential control strategies as well as the general workflow for process-scale MCSGP purification of large synthetic molecules.
